We want you to love your ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your Tatcha.co.uk purchase, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return shipping label, or generate a QR code to be scanned at your local Post Office.

• 3.
  Pack Your Ritual

  Securely package your items, preferably in the original shipping box, and include the completed return slip inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
